Terms of use

Last updated November 2, 2026. By using Chartoor you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.

What Chartoor is

Chartoor shows charts, prices, trades and token information gathered from public blockchains and outside data providers. That data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and it can change without notice. Nothing on Chartoor is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here recommends buying or selling anything.

Memecoins and other crypto tokens are extremely risky. Prices can fall to zero in minutes, and some tokens are built to take buyers' money. Only trade what you can afford to lose.

Trading

  • The buy and sell box routes trades through Jupiter on Solana and KyberSwap on Base, Ethereum and other EVM chains. Each trade is signed and sent by your own wallet. Chartoor never holds your funds or your keys, and can't move anything without your approval.
  • Every trade includes a 0.5% Chartoor fee, taken in the coin the trade uses (SOL, ETH, BNB or USDC; never the token being traded) inside the same transaction. The amounts you see before approving already account for it.
  • Slippage is the most the price may move against you before the trade fails instead. A failed trade still costs the network fee. Price impact, slippage and the final amount depend on the market at the moment the trade lands.
  • Transactions on a blockchain are final. Chartoor can't cancel, reverse or refund a trade.
  • Chartoor isn't a broker, exchange or money service. You're responsible for following the laws where you live, including taxes.

Token info and takeovers

  • Only a wallet that controls a token (as read from the blockchain, see how verification works) can update its info. Updating a token's info costs 4.20 USDC once; later updates to that token cost nothing.
  • A community takeover application costs a fee each time it's submitted and is reviewed by hand. An approved takeover hands control of the token's info to the applicant. A declined paid application gets one retry with no further fee.
  • Payments are USDC transfers on Solana or Base, approved in your own wallet, and are final. If saving fails after you paid, the payment stays usable for that token.
  • Don't post anything you don't have the right to post, impersonate another project or person, link to scams or malware, or post anything illegal. We may hide, change or remove any token info, image, label or takeover at any time, including when we get a credible complaint, without a refund.

Wallet labels and the API

Wallet labels are signed by the wallet they describe and may be linked to the X account that owns it. Labels are public. The API is open to everyone; please keep to its rate limits, and don't use it to harm Chartoor or its visitors.

No warranty, limited liability

Chartoor is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, Chartoor and the people behind it aren't liable for any loss from using it, including trading losses, failed or delayed transactions, wrong data, outages, wallet or blockchain problems, or problems with outside services such as Jupiter, wallet apps or data providers. Where the law doesn't allow a full exclusion, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid Chartoor in the past 30 days.

Changes and contact
