Privacy policy

Last updated November 2, 2026. Chartoor has no accounts, no ads and no analytics or tracking scripts. Here is everything it keeps.

In your browser

Your watchlist, price alerts, chart drawings, layouts, filters, slippage choice, the wallet you connected and unfinished edits are kept in your own browser (local storage, and IndexedDB for images you picked before saving). They never leave your device unless you send them, and clearing your browser's site data removes them.

The only cookie is a short-lived one set while you sign in with X to link a wallet label. It expires after 10 minutes.

If you install Chartoor as an app, your device also keeps a copy of the site's own files (code, icons, an offline page) so it opens quickly. It holds nothing about you.

On our servers

  • Token info and images you save, with the wallet that signed them. These are public, and shown to everyone through the site and the API.
  • Wallet labels, the wallet that signed them and, if you linked one, your X username, name and picture. Public.
  • Takeover applications: the applying wallet, what you wrote and its token holdings. Seen by Chartoor's admins.
  • Payments: the paying wallet, the token, the amount and the transaction, so a payment can't be used twice.
  • Trade quotes: your wallet address and the trade, held for two minutes so the transaction can be built from the price you saw. We don't keep a record of your trades; they are on the blockchain.
  • Abuse protection: counters keyed by your IP address, kept for a few minutes, to stop floods of requests. Our host also keeps standard request logs.
  • Price alert notifications, only if you turn them on: your alerts and this device's push address, so an alert can reach you with Chartoor closed. Notifications go through your browser's own push service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft). Turning notifications off removes them.
  • Wallet app answers on their way back to your page after approving in Phantom or Solflare, encrypted and kept only for minutes.

Services Chartoor uses

  • Hosting and storage: Vercel (the site and images) and Upstash (the data above).
  • Blockchain access: Helius, Alchemy and public network nodes see the wallet addresses we look up, for example to show your balance or check a payment.
  • Trading: Jupiter (Solana) and KyberSwap (Base, Ethereum and other EVM chains) receive your wallet address and the trade, to quote and build it.
  • Wallets: WalletConnect, OKX Connect and the Phantom and Solflare apps carry requests between this page and your wallet. Browser extension wallets talk to the page directly.
  • X, when you choose to sign in with X to link a label.
  • Outside links: when you open a token's website or social link, Chartoor's server first looks at that page (its title, picture and whether it can be shown inside Chartoor). If it can, the site then loads in your browser inside the preview window, and that site sees your visit as it would any other. Link icons are fetched by our server from DuckDuckGo's icon service, so your browser only talks to Chartoor for them.
  • Stocks and chain rankings: CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance and DefiLlama, fetched by our server. Nothing about you is sent to them.
  • Card pulls: Collector Crypt's pull feed, fetched by our server; the card photos load in your browser from Collector Crypt's image servers.
  • Market and safety data: CoinGecko, GeckoTerminal, Etherscan and other block explorers, RugCheck, and the Bubblemaps view embedded on token pages, which loads from Bubblemaps.

We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

The blockchain is public

Anything you do on a blockchain, including payments and trades, is public and permanent. Neither we nor anyone else can delete it.

Removing your data

To remove a label, token info or a takeover application, or for any privacy question, contact Chartoor on X. See also the terms of use.
